Refund & Cancellation

• Pre-orders can be cancelled anytime before payment, free of charge.
• After payment, orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
• If your product arrives damaged or wrong, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
• We don't accept returns for change of mind on used products.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
